François Lambert

François Lambert is a visual effects supervisor based at Framestore Montréal. He started at Hybride, a Montreal-based VFX studio, in 1994, before joining Industrial Light & Magic in 2003. Over the years, he has contributed to a number of major franchises, including Star Wars, Harry Potter, the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Indiana Jones, James Bond, Star Trek, and Fast & Furious. Throughout his career, he has overseen visual effects on a variety of high-profile films and television series. Among his credits are Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018), where, at ILM, he worked on set extensions and character work, including L3-37. He also supervised VFX for Fast X (2023), coordinating work across DNEG's global teams in Montréal, London, and Mumbai.
